Director, Facility Services & Support

Our client, an international outsourcing company is looking for Director, Facility Services & Support

Responsibilities:

  • Facility management
  • Budgeting, Department budget development and administration
  • Travel management: responsible for department resources, processes, and procedures
  • Day-to-day office operations management (in different countries)
  • Management of department resources, processes and procedures, operating cost optimization, and ready-to-work environment setup
  • Property management: building maintenance (preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, and reactive repairs), planning, optimization, layout, and furniture placement
  • Real estate management: management of all real estate related topics and projects for all offices locations
  • Front office management with superior service mindset
  • Increasing service efficiency by optimizing processes, respective of cost
  • Document control: responsible for department resources, processes, and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Language skills: fluent English (oral and written)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Minimum of three years of related professional experience, including two years of supervisory experience
  • Qualified applicants will have extensive knowledge and experience in:
    • Supervisory principles

    • Budgeting principles and practices
    • Procurement procedures
    • Business continuity planning
    • Applicable government laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances
